  • Inventory counts were inaccurate

  • The inaccurate and manual tracking of inventory waste and shrink resulted in ­unexpected year-end adjustments to inventory values
  • Warehouse processes were carried out manually without barcoding and were therefore inefficient
  • The company lacked control over the flow and tracking of ingredients and products throughout production and shipping
