Generix Group is referenced for the 5th consecutive year by Gartner in its "Magic Quadrant for Transportation Management Systems (TMS) – Europe context"

Generix Group, a global provider of collaborative SaaS Software solutions for the Supply Chain, industrial, and retail ecosystems, has been recognized by Gartner for the fifth consecutive year among the 8 major TMS solution providers in Europe.

Press release

For Generix Group, this announcement confirms its leadership in the field of Supply Chain Execution and its ability to support its 3PL, industrial and retail customers in improving the performance of their transport operations. Generix Group has more than 50 TMS customers, mainly in Europe. These solid positions in Europe enable it to support its customers in other geographical areas, notably North America, where Generix Group has set up an ambitious plan for the commercialization of the solution.

As Gartner points out in its report, Generix Group has a TMS (Transport Management System) solution offering multileg shipping, routing optimization, creation of transportation plan, fleet management and 3D load building.

In addition, Generix Group is currently investing in enhancing the solution’s user experience and in connections with the ecosystem’s tracking and booking players. Beyond, by improving decision-making and automating certain time-consuming administrative processes, such as invoice control, Generix Group is able to reduce its customers’ transport costs by an average of 10 to 20%. In 2021, the application solutions provider is investing heavily in the design of machine learning algorithms that enrich its Supply Chain Execution solutions, to the benefit of improving the performance of its customers’ operations.

We are proud to be included for the 5th consecutive year in the list of 8 vendors considered by Gartner in its annual “Magic Quadrant for Transportation Management Systems (TMS) – Europe context” evaluation. We have very recently won new international customers with our TMS solutions (retail, logistics and food industry players). These recent signatures are very promising for the beginning of this year and confirm our ability to support our customers in the transformation of their supply chain operations, thanks to our digital platform, Generix Supply Chain Hub”, declares Jean-Charles Deconninck, President of Generix Group.
