Ludovic holds a degree in Accounting and Finance and started his career in 2002 in the retail industry. He was then Audit Manager for Mazars in Lille from 2004 to 2009. Ludovic joined Generix Group in 2009, from which date he has led an in-depth transformation of the financial and administrative organization, to support the daily performance of the business units and Generix Group’s exposure on its markets. He was also at the forefront of the Group’s acquisition projects, notably Sologlobe in 2016 in North America, until his appointment as Generix Group North America’s CEO in 2021.
Emmanuel brings a wealth of experience in logistics and supply chain. Proficient in Business Process, Planning, Development, Entrepreneurship, and Process Improvement, he holds an MBA from HEC Montreal. Emmanuel served as an officer in the Canadian Army, specializing in logistics for global missions. As Executive VP at Sologlobe, later acquired by Generix Group, he played a pivotal role in its success, now leading as the North American division. His unique blend of military precision and corporate finesse, coupled with academic excellence, positions Emmanuel as a driving force in optimizing logistics strategies for organizational success.
For 25 years, Olivier worked in the field of logistics where he acquired highly recognized expertise in logistics performance and improvement for businesses in Europe, Canada, USA and Latin America. While working as a consultant, as VP Strategic development or as VP Operations, he realized and supervised more than 100 projects related to the rationalization and improvement of overall business activities, operations, and systems. His areas of expertise are mainly related to strategic planning, department restructuring, business optimization, change management, process reengineering and information systems implementation. Olivier thrives by bringing to his clients a sharp understanding of the use of international standards which results in significant improvements for overall business operations.
Jonathan is a Software Engineer with 20 years of experience. In the early 2000s, he created and managed his own ERP/MRP/WMS software company for 13 years. During this period, he supervised more than 50 implementation projects; in many activity sectors, such as produce industry, hardware, dairy, packaging products, technology and more. After selling the software company, he became, for 4 years, CEO of a mid-sized distribution company before being a college teacher where he thought algorithms and databases classes. Jonathan joined Generix in 2018 as a Senior Developer and played several roles in the organization such as Solution Architect, Director of BPA, DPM, Product Marketing Director and he is now Vice President of R&D in Noram.
With a triple background in finance, accounting, and international management on both sides of the Atlantic, Jean-Philippe has accumulated experience as a finance director in high-tech and IT companies for over a decade. During this period, he has also gained experience serving on the board of directors for technology and environmentally oriented companies. After a notable stint at Photon Etc., Jean-Philippe joined Generix in the summer of 2019 and has been supporting the company’s growth for over 4 years now as the Director of Finance and Administration for North America.
Danièle is a seasoned human resources professional who has been shaping her career for over 17 years in the high-tech industry. Notably, she has played a strategic role in the deployment of HR services, the promotion of well-being at work, and the support of leaders and managers in a context of growth for global cross-functional teams. Within Generix, Danièle holds the position of Director of Human Resources for North America. With her diverse and cross-functional expertise, she serves as a change agent to propel HR services towards excellence. For her, the success of the organization lies in the people who comprise it.
Ines is our Global Head of Digital Experience & Regional Head of North America Field Marketing with 18+ years of success in international B2B & B2C growth. As a French-Canadian dual citizen, her career spans North America and Europe. Expertise includes strategic vision, project management, and campaign execution. Versatile skills encompass full-spectrum marketing, business development, team management and effective communication for cross-functional success. Ines is multilingual (French, English, Spanish) and her career aspiration is driven by a passion for adding value, contributing, and perpetual learning.
Raphaël held a number of positions at IBM France in the Data and BI field, culminating in his appointment as Director of Sales for IBM Software Group France. He then moved on to IBM’s Services division, where he combined sales and delivery to manage IBM Global Technology Infrastructure Services France, in the wake of the acceleration of SaaS and the Cloud. In 2020, Raphaël will lead the demerger of the services business in France with the creation of Kyndryl. He holds an International Master’s Degree in Management from Skema Business School.
Raphaël joins Generix Group’s Executive Committee in 2023 as Chief Revenue Officer, to help the Group accelerate its transformation and international development.
He’s appointed President of Generix Group in March 2024.
Si-Mohamed Saïd drives products, marketing and communications to support the company’s SaaS ambition on a global scale. He has a broad international experience in the business software industry, after spending nearly 20 years at SAP where he led marketing for the entire ERP portfolio of products as well as for key lines of business (e.g. finance) and industry applications. He has been successfully driving all ERP product launches, strategic GTM programs and several global transformations – from strategy to execution. He has also been leading the SaaS marketing and digital team of the ECEMEA region at Oracle. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Université Paris-Sud and a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from ICN Business School. He completed his initial education with a marketing specialization from HEC in Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Planning & Execution, as well as in Marketing Strategy at ESCP.
Pierre has nearly 20 years’ experience in sales management for IBM Software and IBM Services. He has held a variety of team management and project management positions to support major customers in their digital transformation. In 2021, he was appointed head of sales for Kyndryl in France, working as a member of the management committee on the launch of this new global group, born of the spin-off of IBM’s infrastructure services. Since January 2022, Pierre has been VP Managing Partner of the Carrefour account, supporting this major customer in its digital transformation trajectory. He joined Generix in September 2023 to manage the French subsidiary. In March 2024, he was appointed EMEA North & Asia Pacific General Manager.
Graduated in Economics from the Lycée Saint Francois de Salles and holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Navarra. He has been General Manager of Generix for more than 20 years and since 2024 he has assumed the position of General Manager of South EMEA & LATAM.
Results-oriented senior executive offering extensive experience in business development and managing the implementation of highly operational software. Experienced in partnering at the executive level with other companies to plan, advise, develop, and implement leading information technology solutions to meet revenue and cost objectives.
Skills include leadership and team building, new business development, IT project delivery, and budget and cost control.
Paul has a concrete and proven track record in ICT, Cloud and Digital companies as Executive Committee member with 20+ years relevant experience in international and multicultural environments. He thrives in transformational initiatives especially in very dynamic and challenging sectors (Telcos, IT Services, Energy, Finance or Supply) with critical business operations. Business-oriented and leader, he combines strategy and operations hands-on management with ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-evolving environment. Pragmatic and rigorous, he is driven by P&L statement, a tenacious strength of conviction and a genuine sense of human contacts.
Nathalie Izard has had a diverse professional career, particularly in IT advisory and project management roles. She joined Generix Group in 2008. She created the Engagement department and then took the lead of Pre-Sales in France before overseeing commercial efficiency and the Sales community at the group level. Nathalie has been appointed Chief Business Engineering Officer and joined Generix Group’s Executive Committee in 2023.
Juliette Bailly holds a Master’s degree in business law and began her career as a lawyer in a law firm specialized in litigation in the fields of intellectual property and commercial law. Following this experience, she joined the Astek Group, specialized in engineering and technology consulting, as a general counsel for 3 years.
In 1997, she joined Generix Group teams as the company’s first lawyer and, a few years later, became Head of the company’s legal department. She joined Generix Group’s executive committee in 2021.
With a solid background in Human Resources management and diversified experience in the Tech sector, both within major groups such as T-Systems and Ingenico Group, AtosEuronex and start-ups like ManoMano, Eric is experienced in complex and international technological environments. His professional journey has been marked by periods of hypergrowth and mergers and acquisitions, and he knows how to support organizational transformations from a human perspective, prioritizing social dialogue as a key success factor.
After starting his career as an auditor with Mazars in the manufacturing sector, François Théry joined the Roullier Group, specialized in the agro-supply sector, as Head of Consolidation and Reporting. He then took over the management of these same activities within Lactalis and finally joined the Roquette Group where he used his expertise in various financial fields (management control, consolidation, reporting, accounting, taxation) until he became the Group’s French and European Financial Director. He thus contributed to the international structuring of the Finance function within Roquette through the management of teams in France and abroad, and the implementation of shared processes and rules. François Théry joined Generix Group’s executive committee in 2021 with the challenge of ensuring Generix Group’s continuous profitable growth in all of its markets.

Yannick’s impressive background includes 17+ years at a major European bank, where he managed production, IT transformation, and major cloud initiatives. He has also held senior positions at leading software companies like VMware. His strong expertise will contribute to our ongoing commitment to client satisfaction, business continuity and security.
His mission is to support the current quality of service, enable its scalability, and foster innovation. This involves ensuring the operation of the current structure, its modernization with IT standardization, automation, robustness, resilience, security, and economic efficiency. Additionally, it requires managing challenges related to new technologies such as AI, Cyber Security and Cloud service offerings.
