By obtaining ISO 27001 certification, an international standard, Generix Group confirms its commitment to guaranteeing its customers very high security standards in the services provided, as well as the highest levels of confidentiality in the processing of their data.
This standard is the international reference for the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and allows to certify the existence of processes, procedures and management systems to identify cyber threats, control the associated risks, and implement the appropriate protection measures. This is to ensure the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information.
The Information Security Management System (ISMS) thus set up meets the following strategic imperatives that are essential for Generix Group’s customers:
- Ensure the confidentialitý of the hosted data
- Guarantee the integrity of the data
- Provide availability of SaaS services to ensure the continuity of contracted services
- Enable the tracking of activities within the SaaS platforms
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the scope of the ISMS
Obtaining this certification is a new structuring step in Generix Group’s information security governance strategy and constitutes its keystone.
“Obtaining ISO 27001 certification is the result of a collective effort within the Group to always offer our customers the highest quality services while guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of their data. This is a logical step in our overall strategic plan, Boost Together 2025, of which operational excellence is one of the main pillars,” says Jean-Charles Deconninck, President of Generix Group
The ISO 27001 certification issued by Certi-Trust covers the European scope of Generix Group’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), which includes the operational activities of SaaS, operating, supervising and supporting the company’s Supply Chain Hub services.
