Generix partners with VISEO to help customers navigate complex e-invoicing regulations and optimize digital transformation journeys

In August 2024, Generix announced that it obtained its registration number from the Directorate General of Public Finances (DGFiP) in France. Launched in 2020 by the DGFiP, the tax reform of electronic invoicing is based on registered PDPs, the only ones now authorized to process business invoices. This registration allows Generix to act as a trusted third party and to operate on behalf of its customers, services for issuing and receiving electronic invoices, managing companies in the national directory, and collecting e-reporting data for the administration.

“Generix’s PDP offers a set of compliance services beyond the requirements of the decree, such as probative value archiving, all statuses and their management matrix, business controls, support for pre-existing EDI formats, management of use cases, and third parties to invoicing,” says Fabrice Soveran, Executive Director of Finance Solutions, Generix.

Generix’s listing as a PDP allows it to offer electronic invoice issuing and receiving services, manage the national business directory, and collect e-reporting data to transmit them to the tax authorities. To-date, Generix has signed contracts representing a total volume of more than 600 million invoices – demonstrating its leadership in this rapidly evolving market. In accordance with regulatory requirements, Generix filed its registration application in May 2023 and is the partner platform of tax administration number 0002.
