All the WMS know-how was concentrated in a few members. This limitation represented a significant operational risk, as the absence or departure of these employees could cause interruptions in operations and, consequently, affect the workflow of customers.
The lack of knowledge and redundant operations increased risks, making it difficult to maintain service continuity in critical moments. It was necessary to implement a more robust system to ensure the stability of operations, without depending on a limited group of employees.
The local infrastructure used by FM Logistic required high investments in maintenance and specialized servers, which increased operating costs. This model was ineffective in coping with the company’s growth and the specific demands of the Brazilian market.
FM Logistic’s operations required a flexible and adaptable system to cope with the complexity of multi-client operations in Brazil. The existing infrastructure did not meet the dynamic needs of the market, which limited the responsiveness and growth of operations.
The Generix WMS is a highly flexible solution, capable of adapting to different operating models, which is essential in a multi-client environment. This has allowed FM Logistic to configure varied operating flows to meet the specific needs of each client, improving overall efficiency.
After implementing the Generix WMS, FM Logistic achieved greater visibility of all its operations. This allowed them to better anticipate customer needs and optimize their flows.
With the Generix WMS solution in SaaS mode, FM Logistic eliminated the need to maintain local servers and specialized infrastructure, resulting in a significant reduction in operating costs.
The easy-to-use interface of the WMS has facilitated its use by operators, simplifying daily tasks and accelerating the learning curve. With intuitive screens, productivity has increased, optimizing processes such as order preparation, shipping, and operations monitoring.
The Generix solution has enabled the complete optimization of logistics processes, from the receipt of goods to dispatch. The automation of critical stages has brought agility, reducing the execution time of activities and minimizing operational errors.
With Generix, FM Logistic has equipped itself with a scalable system prepared to support future growth. The WMS solution easily adapts to new demands, whether to expand operations or incorporate new clients, without compromising efficiency or quality of service.
The implementation of the Generix WMS has been rapid. With this, FM Logistic ensures a greater competitive advantage over its competitors.
The Generix solution has been integrated with FM Logistic’s existing systems, as well as with customers’ ERP systems, allowing for better coordination of operations.
Since the implementation of the Generix WMS, FM Logistic Brasil has significantly improved its operational efficiency and effectiveness. The company has achieved greater visibility in all its operations, which has allowed it to optimize flows and better anticipate customer needs. By migrating to the SaaS model, the need for internal infrastructure was eliminated, considerably reducing operating costs.
Unlike the manual processes previously used, the Generix WMS has provided FM Logistic Brasil with fully optimized logistics processes, reducing execution time and minimizing operational errors. In addition, productivity has increased thanks to a simpler and more intuitive interface, making it easier for operators to use.
The Generix WMS has not only helped FM Logistic overcome its challenges, but it has also ensured the flexibility needed to sustain its future growth, maintaining efficiency and competitiveness in the market.
